- Internal processes to ensure that all work is properly permitted
- Proper control of dealers/subcontractors/others who do certifiable work
- Demonstrated success working with other organizations (good standing with utility programs, industry groups, etc.)
- CRM (customer relationship management) software used to manage customer accounts
- Commitment to support workforce through regularly scheduled sales and safety meetings
- Continuous education opportunities (conferences, certificates, classes, trainings)
